• Robe, Slippers & Locker
• Men and Women’s ritual room include: warm float pool, steam, sauna, hot and cold plunge and cascading waterfall showers
• State of the Art fitness Center
• Participation in your choice of classes offered:
• Pilates: 7:15am,8:30am,& 9:45am
• Gentle Yoga: 11:00
• Vinyasa class 1:30 pm (Vinyasa is breath synchronized movement)
• All spa services (facials, massages, pedicures etc. at additional cost.
