You will receive shipment notifications each month, however, we request you only sign up for pick-ups every 30 days to allow everyone an opportunity to participate



Even if you have read it before, guidelines are subject to change.

1. Registration is required to shop. If you do not receive a confirmation message with a time slot, you will not be able to shop.

2. Each shopping appointment is 15 MINS. Shoppers will have a 5 min arrival grace period and will still be expected to finish on time. Shoppers arriving after the grace period will be asked to look for the next shipment email.

3. Please bring an appropriate size vehicle for product pick-up. We will not hold any product for anyone. If you do not have the appropriate size vehicle for the product you desire, you are unable to take that product.

4. If you are having any COVID or flu like symptoms or have tested positive in the past 7 days, please stay home.

5. Please abide by the quantity limits of only 5 items per household OR 1 large item (this includes furniture items) + 2 small items per household.

1. If you need to cancel, please reply to your confirmation email to let us know OR email ONLY one appointment per household. With no appointments in our system, you will be turned away upon arrival.

2. If there are no more appointment slots available, please wait for the next email to go out notifying of the next distribution date.

3. Slots are LIMITED to 3 people PER Household, meaning these people live in the same house.

4. All items are first come first serve basis. There is a possibility that we can run out of items as we get later in the day.

5. If you received items from the last shipment, please skip at least one shipment before signing up again to allow everyone an opportunity to participate.
