GUIDELINES

PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL IN ITS ENTIRETY!!!!

Even if you have read it before, guidelines are subject to change.

1. Registration is required to shop. If you do not receive a confirmation message with a time slot, you will not be able to shop.

2. Each shopping appointment is 15 MINS. Shoppers will have a 5 min arrival grace period and will still be expected to finish on time. Shoppers arriving after the grace period will be asked to wait for 6 shipments for the next shipment email.

3. Please bring an appropriately sized vehicle for product pickup. We will not hold any product for anyone. If you do not have the appropriate size vehicle for the product you desire, you are unable to take that product.

4. If you have any COVID or flu-like symptoms or have tested positive in the past 7 days, please stay home.

5. Please abide by the quantity limits of only 5 items per household OR 1 large item (this includes furniture items) + 3 small items per household.

SCHEDULING NOTES:

1. If you need to cancel, please reply to your confirmation email to let us know OR email info@mfmnv.org. ONLY one appointment per household. With no appointments in our system, you will be turned away upon arrival. AND you STILL need to wait 6 shipments.

Remember, if you signed up for the last shipment, please skip at least SIX shipments before signing up again, to allow everyone an opportunity to participate.
