How to Experience the Outpouring of God’s Love

Romans 5:5 KJV

And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

What I want to focus on with you in the text is verse 5b: “God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.”

God’s love poured into your heart is not the same as God’s love proven in your mind.

God’s love poured into your heart is a real heart-experience of being loved by God. God’s love proven to your mind is the conclusion of an argument, with or without the sweetness of feeling loved by God in your heart. I want you to know this sweetness. I want you to enjoy this gift: the outpouring of the love of God in your hearts.

The Bible says, “For God so loved the world” (John 3:16) I am part of the world therefore, God loves me.

That’s one way of knowing you are loved by God. This is mental. No one needs to prove this. Because we know God can not lie, His word stands true.

But sometimes we question His love because of circumstances. This is when you need to be confident in the scripture in Romans 5:5 that states the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. I pray that as you go through this time of O Give Thanks that you are reminded of just how much God loves you.

I don’t care what you are going through. Nothing can separate you from the love of God.

You must know within your heart; God loves you with an unconditional love and no one can get in the way of that.

So, be blessed and remember God Loves You!
