Mountaintop Faith Ministries, Inc. (“MFM”) uses an online database system called Fellowship One. This system maintains data such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mails addresses, and contributions. MFM will ardently strive to keep your information private and will never give your information to a third party, unless doing so is necessary to process your contribution.
Fellowship One is used by churches throughout the country. MFM chose this system because it allows MFM to be more effective in ministry, more efficient in administration, and more engaged with members. Additionally, the system allows MFM to provide you with access to your contribution records and allows you to make donations online.

MFM uses a company called SecureGive for online donations. With the SecureGive system, you can schedule new contributions at any time and can modify or cancel those contributions at any time prior to the date they are scheduled. Once the contribution has been processed, however, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any problems or questions related to this, please contact our data department.

When you create your account inFellowship, you will determine your own login ID and password. Your login ID is your email address. If you forget your password, you can have the system email it to you. If you need help or cannot remember the email address you used, you can contact MFM Data Department.
You can also change your password at any time. Please help us keep your information safe by protecting your login information. perform these steps approximately once a week.

Fellowship One holds all of MFM’s data information and provides all of the security for the system. Fellowship One represents that they have implemented commercially reasonable measures to keep the data safe but warns that “despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security all of the time.” Fellowship One provides detailed information on the measures it has implemented to keep your data safe.
